New battery and spark plug, the engine is trying to turn over. Several sources said it sounds like no fuel is getting to the carb. Could anyone recommend or give me a step by step to check the carb.
Seems like there might be a clog or the needle and seat might be jammed or dirty. I'm sure this is a common problem and someone has dealt with this before.

Does the plug come out wet or dry after you crank the motor over? Dry? its not getting fuel. Wet? Its getting fuel. Soaked? Its getting too much fuel.
