That's because almost nobody turbos Buells or HDs, especially XB's. You need to source your own stuff. There is an XB being done in Australia,a friend of mine is helping. Uses ball bearing turbo, adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Only 5 lbs boost.You should have a timimg retard based on boost also or water injection.
Ask in XB board,I'll see if he is a poster here.
