I just got my XB9S and was getting ready to take it out for the first time when I noticed a broken bolt. Needless to say, I was disappointed, but here is my question: Should I not ride the bike at all with this problem? Obviously I will fix it as soon as I can, but I might need to ride it somewhere to get it fixed.

Also, is this a common problem and any things I should know before going into it?

Here are some pictures of the problem:

Thanks!

Pretty uncommon, but I think it has come up here a few times before. Is your front top isolator OK?
