I've not been getting any straight answers from HD or Buell about the upright handle bar conversion. I've seen the damn things with my own eyes! Thoring uses 'em on his XB12R stunter. Where, in the United States, can the conversion parts be found.

American Sport Bike has the Super bar conversion.
This may be what you're talking about.
They consist of a special top triple tree and tubular bars similar to what's on the S.
It's hard to tell from the photo but they might be a wee bit wider & higher than the S bars. (the photo is tiny).

Al is closed until July 7th but you might want to post a ? about the Super bars in his sponsor section.

You could probably drill 2 holes in your existing triple tree and mount a set of handle bar risers built for regular bars...
