I bought a new plastic wiring harness/conduit for the wire routing on the front forks. Is there an easy way to remove the old one? There doesnt seem to be enough room for a wrench or torx.

Try Removing the headlight housing.
On my 12S, removing the whole headlight assembly gives me lots of room to get a wrench and an allen wrench in there.

Thanks Tom,

I will look into that. I figured that was a possibility but wasnt sure if removing it would be fairly straight forward.

It's just a matter of removing the flyscreen, unplugging the headlight housing then two screws (one on either side of the housing) and one screw underneath which I believe also holds up the duckbill on the Uly.

I usually use a piece of silver duct tape on the bracket underneath to mark where my housing was set up at so I don't have to go through the aiming process when I put it back on.
