hi~ i'm new on here, went thru lots of tech info on here before posting my problem. i couldn't find anything that would help me. its my first bike ~ '02 blast, i got it at an auction. it didn't start when i got it. i took it to a buell repair place~so far i've had the oil & tranny fluids changed, new battery, primary belt adjusted, safety check was good. put some fresh gas in & it was running, rough, but running. once it warmed up it was a little better. then i went away for a couple days, came home & it wouldn't start. took it to the shop, so far he's found something in the electronic choke, so we replaced that, he's cleaned the carb, he got it running nice, then it stalled out & won't start again. anyone have any suggestions? i've already suggested the intake boot get replaced as i've read that is the cause of alot of problems ~ he hasn't done that yet...
i just spoke with him & he said he's getting a white spark from the plug.
any suggestions for me?

It is most likely the intake boot, which you've already mentioned. Change that first before you do anything else.

I'm with Jlnance also make sure that the bike is charging since it sounds like it sat for awhile.
