Has any body ever had work done at Hals Hd/Buell in New Berlin Wisconsin? There speed shop seems pretty legit and that they would do quality work. The prices seem pretty high but I know how tedious machine work and motor work can be. I am currently in training to become certified HD/Buell tech and looking for prospective places to further my career at. Buells are my passion and I love working on them. Does anyone know of any other great Buell shops/Speed shops similar to Hals?
Thanks for you input in advance.

Howdy Ben, Hal's would be a great place for you to get a start on your career if you can get in there. I live about 40 miles away and can say thumbs up!

Thanks for the input. I gotta find a Buell place and sounds like Hal's has a pretty good buell program going on as well as the race team, which is the ultimate goal.
Thanks again

Since you're in Florida you might contact Pammy and see what she might suggest:

At a previous Homecoming, Hals "fixed" a broken front exhaust mount with a horrible weld job that left me unable to use the mount. They told me not to worry, I didn't really need the front exhaust mount (99 S3, I had two track days two days later).

This Homecoming we brought a 2008 XB12Scg in with a check engine light. They said they was no code so it was probably the ECM going out, but they didn't have the part and didn't suggest riding it, then said to have a nice day.

So I'm not real thrilled with their repairs, troubleshooting, customer service or Buell knowledge but surely if I keep going back they'll do something right.
