Does anyone know where I can find a aluminum frame for a Buell Blast? Has anyone had one made or knows where to find a print so I can have one fabricated? Or have any suggestions that could lead me in the right direction? Trying to build a bad ass Buell that fits me, (I am a short person) Thanks.

Why aluminum, which is much more susceptible to metal fatigue and welding issues than steel? Best bet might be to modify an existing frame. Have you tried the ergonomics of a stock Blast?

A stock Buell Blast with the "LOW" seat, that is.
