I'm planning to purchase some bar-end mirrors from Oberon Performance and I'm looking for the internal diameter of '00 X1 handlebars.

The mirrors can be ordered from 12mm - 22mm.

To be safe and sure, measure your own specific handlebars. You never know if the handlebar vendor and thus handlebar inside diameter may have changed or even varied with production.

You are going to have to cut off the ends of your hand-grips anyway when you install the mirrors.
