Does anyone here know where I can find the left side caliper and rotor to install dual disc brakes on a 97 S1 front end? Thanks, Julian

Those are very rare and not in production for some time now. You're most likely looking at having to adapt another brake system. You might contact MikeyP. He installed a Ducati 996 dual disk system on his S1 some time ago.
