Quick question, went to the mountians again this weekend for some riding and as usual my bike has a noticeable loss of power and hesitates and cuts out at steady throttle.Altitudes range from I'd say 3k to no more than 5k. When I return home (200 foot above sea level) it runs great.

Should the fuel injection and ECM be able to compensate for this? I also notice more decil pop when in the mountians.
Oh.. the bike is a XB12R with race ECM and drummer, air box is stock with a K&N filter.
