Trucked my newly purchased 2000 S3 to them this winter for a going over and an early 10K service. Dee, the Service Mgr, and a Buell rider herself, is a hoot--very accomodating---and knows what she's doing. She put Chad (one of 2 Buell techs) on the bike, and he and I spent about an hour discussing what I needed, and suggestions as to how to make the bike better. Jerry, the parts guy wasn't too familiar with the Buell book, but he and I went through it, until we both got comfortable with it. Now, when I walk in the shop, I'm greeted with: "Hey, it's the Buell Guy!" In short, I couldn't be happier with the quality of the service people, the parts department, and the dealership, in general. An 'A'in my book. DW |

+1 on Lake Erie HD/BUELL. They've done me good as well. Hey Brad, I'm in Berea just a couple miles from you. Let's get together for a ride! I'd love to see your S3T. I hope to own one of those some day. Ron |

Ron: I'd love to! The guy who owns Olmsted Ice also is a Bueller. Damn! We can start our own club. Email me at bburland@hotmail.com and I'll give you a call. Brad |
