Does anyone know who manufactures the connectors used on the 07 LED taillights. I am in the middle of a lighting uly conversion and would like to not cut the connector off the tail light and buy the correct connector

I'm far from knowledgeable on this subject but seeing as how you seem to be getting no response I'll take a shot at helping.
First, I don't know what type of connector it is. That said, there are at least 3 types on a Buell. They are high quality and somewhat expensive. If it's like the one on a fuel pump for example, they are about $25 from the manufacturer. Sorry I can't recall the company name but I found it using clues from the shop manual and google. They are also used on caterpillar heavy equipment if that helps. They are user friendly in that you can attach wires to them yourself so there is no cutting and splicing of wires. If you find yourself doing this, you will need good lighting, a chair, the directions from the shop manual and some patience. Have you tried to get the connector from a Buell dealership?

I converted the tail light on my '04 to an LED. The previous owner had already done the cutting for a different light so I un-taped the mess, clipped on terminal ends, and plugged in. The pack of connectors was about $1.50.

Ace Hardware has a good selection of terminals.

Hey I'm in the process of designing an upgraded LED tail light for the ULY and actually have torn apart a couple of the housings (long story short to get the lens replicated, but buell decided to gorilla glue them on there, so I had to spend 4 hours with my dremel friend and cut the lens out from the inside/back portion. to get the lens off in perfect shape to have replicated) but I should have one of the connectors from the brake lights harness if you need it. But if you need the connector on the bikes harness im no help!
let me know!
