Any tricks to it? loosen pinch bolt, axle. and belt tentioner. BUT what torquing them after I reinstall it. If anyone can tell the torque settings.

On my 03 XB9S, the rear axle is torqued to 50 ft lbs. Belt tensioner was 40 ft lbs IIRC. The pinch bolt has a torque spec, bu I only had a regular allen wrench, so I just used seat-of-the-pants torque on that.
