I'm really excited!!! I've been reading the back-and-forth advice on this web site and I'm very impressed with the quality of knowledge and eagerness to help others. My question ... Are there any modifications and accessories that can/should be ordered to be built into the XB12Ss at manufacturing time? If you like unbelievably strong front brake, you could have the 1125R/XBRR 8-pot front caliper installed. Maybe some heated hand grips? But that is stuff that your dealer would install, not stuff that you can order from the factory pre-installed on your new motorcycle. The "keepers" were: 1) Heated Grips (polly grip heaters). 2) HID. 3) Open inner airbox (I like the sound and like seeing the filter). Changes I did and "undid" 1) Race ECM 2) Aftermarket exhast mod
