I am using aluminium canisters that only hold a quart a piece. By using a larger capacity oil filter will this make up the difference in oil capacity i will need?????

Please help with any ideas..

On the race cars I have worked on we have even used bigger lines with AN fittings for more oil..... as well oil coolers and so on can increase the amount of oil you have in a system..... hope this helps....You may try posting this question in the "big mechanical" section as well..as this one gets allot of fueling questions not as much with crankcase, oiling and so on......
