I'm putting on the lower rocker pieces on both cylinders....I've read the manual, a few things are still unclear. After that first initial turn on the four lower bolts, how long does it take to be able to turn the lifters by hand, I've waited several minutes and they are still tight. Next, if the engine is at it's correct placement, how much gap should there be between the bottom of the rocker and the head(B4 tightening). I'm new to hydraulic lifters, the adjustable ones made life easier it seems.
