I bought my '08 1125R from St. Paul HD a few weeks ago. I took it in for my 600 mile service and I didn't like the fact that they needed my bike for 2 full business days plus some for 1.5 hours worth of work.
I got it back Wednesday and the next day I noticed that my crankcase oil drain plug was leaking and not even tight. I went back home, tightened it back up, and went back to the dealer today and they rechecked it. Checked the oil and added half a quart of the SYN3.
They're getting my thumbs up, nonetheless. Everyone there is great, always willing to answer questions, and didn't question me much when I brought it in with the minor issue.
I'll be visiting them again whenever I have a reason... or maybe whenever I'm bored to see if there's anything new on the showroom.

No experience on the service side but I did buy some parts via mail order and they were very fast to deliver them.

Id also like to point out my positive experience with my local Buell dealer (St. Paul HD Buell). I was really leaning toward the Streetfighter seat so I only had $208 on me. The Streetfighter is $169. After seeing the two in person I wanted the Select. The Select is $199+tax. I told the parts guy that I would just wait and come back friday to get the one I wanted. He dropped the price of the select to $200 out the door so I could get it now. I thought that was pretty cool. BTW I was shocked to see they had more than 10 of each seat in stock. Not that I need that many!
