D grinds are standard for a lot of the Sportsters and are rather mild so this struck me as unlikely. What is the label on XB12 cams? Been there done that, it doesn't work. The Screamin Eagle "E" cams are the same exact cams as in the Buell (.551 lift), except they are designed for the XLs. These Sportster cams are also labeled "E".
