Hey try the parts wanted section here. Or possibly Ebay? Also I'll ask my Brother he's got a 99 X1 thats tricked out for racing. Maybe he's got one. Any downed bike sucks except during the winter here in the snowbelt. That's when we can take our time and play with it.

The current XB belts will fit the tubers, and they are much better than the original belts. (someone confirm that please.)

I'm sure Appleton or Stone Mtn has one in stock and could fedex it to you if you need it quickly.

Thanks for all the info. Appleton's is closebye, but I gotta get a belt and a tire, and my funds are limited. So if one of you guys know of a belt availiable for less than the extravagant price I might have to pay at a dealer, I would greatly appreciate it.

Oops, not that appletons. HD/Buell of Appleton, WI. Andy there does parts over the phone/internet. You can look in the sponsors section of this board for contact info. You get a 10% discount for being from badweb.

I don't know of an alternate source of belts. I think they are about $160.
