i own a buell blast 2001 , i have had it for about 4 months and i have had the worst luck , first i had to have to rebuild the upper engine end , and the after the thechnicians finished fix doing that they were never able to fix that , they had the bike for a month and they always told me that they were trying to figure out what was wrong but they could not , then they took it to the harley buell dealer( because they have a friend that works there) and they had it for another week and even there they could not figure out what was wrong with .
i had to pay 1k to get my upper head rebuilt and then they were telling me that the only solution is to start trowing new parts at it , like a new carb and new ingition beacuse the blast has an electronic idling system. the bike takes a while to start , it starts after i press the ignition and give it gas and gas , after it starts if i do not keep giving it gas it while shut off and the same thing if i am at stop sign, if i get the revs high while ridinig , when i shift gears the revs will stay as hi as when i was giving gas, and when i stop the same thing happens sometimes the revs are si high that it sound that the engine its going to explode and some times it just shuts off,
as i told you i have already putted 1000 dolares on a blast 01 and they are telling me that to get that fixed it will be at least another 800 dollaras for replacing carb and all that they are saying , i don know what to do, i checked the carb myself with my little knowledge in mechanic , and the diafram opens ok as i givit gas when i am in neutral .
any advices

I ASSUME the rubber isolator /boot /connector/ between the carb and the intake is OK and not leaking air.
