Can any one tell me if there is a switch that will fit in the covered space between the engin run and the stater switch. There is a place for a switch but have not been able to find a switch to fit.

That has been discussed in the past, there may be something in the KV on it.

But the bottom line, as I recall it, is that no one could find or identify a switch that is intended to fit in that area or use what appears to be an opening for mounting a switch.

I thought Court posted a part number?

I looked at it briefly while putting in polly cartridge heaters, but thats four wires, all fairly thick, so I don't think you would want to cram all of them in there. If you wanted to go that route, you would probably want to run smaller wires to a relay, which started sounding like too much complication for me, so I put my heater switch opposite my ignition switch in the front flyscreen support.

I wanted to mount a switch for some driving lights. I am ok with using a relay, just looked like a handy place for switch.

Doesn't the 08 Uly have a switch there for the grip heaters? I've not seen an 08 so I may be wrong. Thought someone pointed it out once.

It is for the heated grip switch that are an option on the US Buell website and is under the controls section of the Accessories area.
