I am looking at putting the heated grips on my Ulysses and was looking for some tips on how to remove the left grip and the adhesive material underneath. I read about using an air compressor and a ball needle but I don't have one so any other ideas would be great.

Thanks

make one slice down the grip(from switch housing to bar end) with a box knife or razor blade, peel the grip off the handlebar, clean the excess adhesive off with your razor blade. I usually run some fine grit sandpaper over the bar to make it smooth.
