Ok...HD told me that the fuel filter for my bike was obsolete and they told me just to pick up any generic one from any motorcycle shop. So I did...it was plastic and didn't think anything of it. It worked for about a month and the whole time it was slowly melting away. Needless to say I didn't notice until gas was spraying all over my leg on the express way one morning on my way to work.

I called HD and they are not helping me, as usual. Where can I get something that will work??

Mike,
Go down to the local NAPA and ask for #3032 and pick up about 2 ft. of 5/16 F.I. fuel line and two hose clamps.
