I have break fluid on the side wall of my rear tire from where the line ruptured. I scrubbed it with soap and water with an abrasive sponge, but it's still there. Any suggestions on what to use to get it off without damaging the tire?

Pressure wash at the local car wash? If it were me, I'd not be worrying about it too much other than being careful to not be too aggressive in cornering on that side for a while.
