I just picked up a 99 S3, and its got a small problem. The turn signals aren't flashing, and when I pull the front brake lever, the brake light doesn't come on. The Horn works, the dashboard lights up, the rear brake lever activates the brake light. Pulling the front brake lever makes a tiny audible click. If there are supposed to be turn signal indicators on the dash, they're not lighting up either. I have checked the fuses, they seem ok. Any advice would be appreciated.

i found the brake light problem. The microswitch just wasnt making a connection, even though it is clicking. I have to replace it tomorrow.

Still looking for the turn signal root cause

The front break switch is a weak link. I carry a spare in my tank bag. Turn signal problem would be easier if you had the manual. Both sides failed? Relay clicking?
Fuse for circuit?
