Went there to "order" a pair of turn signals and a fuel cap o-ring for my 95 S-2. The young lady behind the parts counter (Cat) greeted me with "Hi, how are you, what can I do for you?" Told her I wanted to order a few parts for my Buell. "No problem, what do you need?" (Now I'm wondering why she's being nice...)I give her my list of old part numbers. She's looking on the computer.."just a minute, let me look at something" she goes in the back, comes out 2 minutes later, WITH BOTH TURN SIGNALS!!!She says, "the part numbers you gave me were the old numbers, I found the new ones, and found one signal in the back, but I looked around for the other one. It wasn't in the right place, but I found it, I'm sorry it took so long. I don't have the o-ring, but I'll be happy to order it for you. I'll have it in a week" I was shocked!
Great customer service, she knew what she was doing, went to extra length to find my parts, and sure enough, 4 days later she called me that the o-ring was in.
I guess there ARE people still around who do a good job. And it was only $26.00 worth of parts....
If anyone in the La. area needs Buell stuff, see Cat at H-D of B.R.
