Has anyone ever swapped from a stock 27T pulley to a 29T pulley? I know this will drop my torque #'s but it will also help my rpm at the top end. Can i use the same belt, or does it need a longer one?

Same belt, no problem.
Just swap it out.
Make sure you use the proper torque settings on the pulley.
Sorry, I don't have my manual handy for the spec's.
