Do you have a copy of the Mikuni HSR tuning guide?

Blake,
Sure do have the copy of the HSR tuning guide. Will look at the fs-tuning guide. Just looking for some experience to speed the process along.
Thanks

You have a very unique engine build, so I doubt we'll be lucky enough to find anyone with a similar setup that will chime in here. Maybe some of the experts will give us a hint though. : )

Hi Joe,

its hard to say because all these engines react different, depending from the cams/headdesign. Basically you can say that there is always a limitation in that way that the both cylinders need often a different jetting. When one is fine in the A/F values the other sometimes operates on the firingborder (maybe the word is wrong)because it getting too rich.

This problem shows up more and more as your heads flow more cfm. I dont have my books with me, but I would start with a 175 Mainjet. Other settings, we used in 2004/5 I can find out.

On the first view that engine might be a bit limited by the ST exhaust. I recommend min. 16 discs for hot streetengines with stock bore.

Thanks for the input. I just want to get close enough to get started not have to deal with tuning until it's time.
