I don't have them do a lot of service but what they have done has been correct,timely and at a fair market value. But the real reason is the parts department. They can work with buell parts, not afraid of the books and have real people skills. I'm bad with names but one woman there is a racer, mechanic and will always get me the part if Buell has it.
