Second time this fuse has blown. What could be causing this.

Most likely you have a pinched wire that touches ground. Does it do it when you hit a bump or turn a certain way? That may give you a clue as to where you can look. If you don't see anything obvious check where the harness goes by the steering head. I think that I have heard of some that have a problem there.
I had a cycle that would blow the fuse when I hit a sharp bump. It turned out to be the tail light wire that went through the fender. It had cracked insulation and would ground out when I hit a sharp enough of a bump.

Look at the voltage regulator harness up front, where it wraps tight against the front right crankcase edge ( close to the oil filter and pressure sending unit. ) when i say "look" I mean grab hold of the cable twist, turn, and inspect it closely for a rubbed bare area that could be grounding against the polished worn part of the engine. Add chafing gear as necessary to prevent future occurence(s)
