The pivot pin for my kick stand snapped, and I was wondering if I could just replace the pin, or do I have to get the whole assembly? The pin broke towards the bottom and the pin still holds the kick stand in place, but the bike rests a little lower, and makes me a little nervous about it tipping, or the stand failing. I can keep it on a rear stand at home, but not at work. I would prefer to be able to just replace the pin, and keep it relatively quick, simple, and cheep (definitely limited funds to work with). The bike is my primary transportation, and I need to keep it ridable. I'd appreciate any advice.
