Since my primary has been very noisy and seems to be in spec, 1/2 to 3/4 freeplay, cold at the tight spot. I pushed on it laterally to see if maybe I could tell if the sprocket was loose, and I was able to slide the chain back and forth about 1/8 of an inch. Is it normal for the primary chain to be able to slide side to side on the sprocket?
