The service manager is a really nice guy and wants to work for you, but the Tech's don't seem to know what Lock Tight is. Since getting my bike back and putting 200 miles on it, the trunk locking mechanism screws, a seat fastener screw, and a critical rear brake caliper fastener bolt have all rattled out. It's not fun almost losing your trunk lid at 85 on a highway and not being able to stop quickly to put it back on!
