I`d like to put a slimmer profile on my m2 tail section,was thinking about using a trimmer,small router,tape,etc,cutting and filling edge-any danger of chipping paint-used to cut plexiglass with router,blade loads up but worked great with no chips-same for buell palstic,I wonder?Anyone do this successfully with other tools? | ||

I used a Dremel tool and hand files to trim my flyscreen (I assume it's the same material as the tailsection) and the paint didn't chip. I know another guy who trimmed his tailsection with a stationary belt sander with really good results (no painting). Just use lots of masking tape, go slow, and be careful! |
