After chopping the tail on my 03 xb9s I rewired the blinkers and at first kept popping a fuse. After checking my wiring I got it to stop blowing the fuse. It worked fine for a few seconds. Now nothing happens at all. All the fuses are good and the wiring is correct. Where should I go from here? Could the switch have burnt out? Could the blinker relay be bad? Any ideas would help.

Thanks
Mike Merrill

Works fine????? Have you checked the brake lights and license plate lights too????

I would start by checking the lamps.. Do you have access to a volt meter?????
