In trying to install the Buell XB intake cover mask, I can't get all of the mesh pocket above the saddle nose. Is part of the pocket supposed to be shrouded? If you got it above, how hard did you have to pull? I'm afraid to pull any harder and about 1/4 of the pocket is covered by the saddle nose.

Mine is a bit under the seat as well. I'd say about an inch is covered.

The pocket is still very usable & the fit is good.

I actually cut a small hole in the bottom left of the mesh pocket and I run my SAE cable up through it for powering my electric vest.
