My fuse block is broken on the clutch side. It cant mount to the frame anymore. It just hangs there by the wires. Any ideas on how to fix this without having to buy a whole new wiring harness.

Use some cable ties, around the clip and another over the top and around vertically. Drill a hole in the mounting clip if necessary to route the cable ties.

You can daisy chain the ties together to increase the length.
