I just bought a 2007 XB9R Firebolt a/b a month ago with 3 miles on it. I recently added a Drummer muffler and K&N airfilter. Before I added the Drummer and K&N I noticed that if I "gagged it" or twisted the throttle somewhat quickly it bogged down and sometimes slightly backfired. This still happens with the Drummer and K&N but seems like it might be a little worse. I spoke with Kevin @ KdFabrications and he said there is no need for a race ECM for the Drummer and that he actually thought it would run better without the race ECM???
