They are selling optional seats now but I've heard that they aren't any lower. Has anyone had experience adapting another seat to the Long?   Towjam Posted on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 - 08:23 pm:        Apologies for digging up an old thread but Buell now offers a "Touring Seat" for the 12SS that (according to the website), should be more comfortable and 1" lower. I would be very interested in this seat myself but my dealer doesn't stock them and I'm hesitant to pay >$200 sight unseen.
