Is the inside lip on the rear pulley pressed on? When I was adjusting the rear wheel the inside ring on the pulley fell off. It looks like it was either pressed on or staked on. It's off now, had to hacksaw it off to get it out of there.

Thought I had it back on. Went for a ride and heard a tinkleing noise. Stopped and looked and there it was off the pulley. Went home and got out the saw and no more tinkleing for me. It looked like it would have chewed up the PM wheel.
