I was setting my suspension to the settings recommended in the manual for the 200-230lb range. Bottoming out all adjusters (where bottom was) was obvious except for the front rebound screws. It wasn’t obvious where the bottom was. When one side was tight, the other side went further. I was able to get the first one to the same bottom position as the second but it took some pressure I was a little worried about using.

After backing both out and then clockwise to find bottom several times, I THINK they go as far as they should go. It’s just odd because the front compression, and rear rebound and compression were all easy to find bottom. Anyone else have this issue? How much torque should be used to find the bottom? On the front rebound, I never really felt a “seating” like the other adjusters.

It takes very little pressure to seat the rebound needle. If you force it, you'll destroy the seat and needle end. Both left and right adjusters should turn an equal number of turns. If they don't, it's likely that whoever last serviced the forks didn't take the time to set the lock nut on the dampning rod properly. The procedure is covered in the manual. There's also a fine article on the Traxxion site:

www.traxxion.com/technical.forkspr.install.shtml

If you want the two forks to perform the same, you'll have to dismantle them and adjust the locknut/dampning rod.
