O.K I have an 06 Long ss ,seems to work well , but after heating up if I lay on the throttle hard ( kind of the reason you have a buell)I get alot of valve chatter , but no performance issues ,and no noise when it is cold.I do highway run it some to keep it clean and use high octain gas ,so thats not the issue .Anyone got any thoughts ?

Even though you mention using high octane gasoline, it seems like a pinging issue to me, based on how/when you describe the symptoms.
