Just bought a 99 ST3 from Indiana and it came with a V&H muffler on it.

It is too loud for my sensitive ears.

Ebay has a muffler from a 2002 M2. I asked the owner and it has a 2.5" inlet.

Would mufflers on these bikes be compatible?
