My left turn signal is INOP and there is a "BUZZ" coming from under the dash. The right indicator is ok.

there's very likely an extra ground introduced into the circuit -- try unplugging front, then rear, signal to further isolate the problem

are these stock or aftermarket signals?

btw, don't let it Buzz too long, or you'll kill the flasher unit -- not terribly expensive, but you don't need the extra bother, I'm thinkin
