I have a '03 XB9r with some mods (check profile please). The bike runs great all the time untill you try to keep a steady speed then it runs like it is missing any body got any ideas.

(BTW it does not matter what speed your trying to go)

Thanks, Dave

I'd say the most likely suspect is your custom EFI tuning.

It still does it no matter what i have it set at. I've been playing with it for a year and I got it (I think) to the best over all settings.

Or equally suspect would be the TPS calibration. Try having the TPS rezeroed?

Maybe I'll try that, but I would think it would run bad all the time if it was my tps

Possibly dirty fuel injectors?

Best to not assume stuff, only prove one by one what is or is not contributing to the problem.

Put it back to stock, remove the teclusion box, see if it runs okay?

Never heard of it happening on a Buell, but a bad O2 sensor will do that.

Another guess would be leaking intake manifold seals.

These in addition to the TPS reset.

Good luck,
Bill
