Last week I got a VDSTS and reset my TPS because it needed it and it worked great but i had a slight hesatation between 3 and 4 grand but it seamed to happen only under hard acceleration and in first gear, I wasnt that worried about it, but friday night I went out on it and the sky opened up on me and on the way back home I realised that the idle did not want to settle back to the 1200 range like it should but would stick at 2000 for up to a min before it would drop back down. So last night I thougth I might have screwed up the tps reset so I did it again. took it out today and the hesatation is gone, awesome, but the sticking at 2000 rpm is still there , damit. What do you all think it could be? The Air Fuel Valve setting?
thank you all in advance

Have you done the 10 minutes at 3500rpm for 10 minutes since your tps?

Yup, I agree with Diablobrian. Run it like he has stated then reset idle. ( Not TP, just idle screw.) I like mine around 1000RPM after I have ridden a while and it's nice and warm. Use your VDSTS for the RPM reading not the tach on the dash. If it's to high, mine seems to " stick" like you have described.

Not the AFV, but it could be that your idle set screw is too far in. Drop your hot idle to about 1000 and see if that clears up the problem.
