Hey all I got in a jam and had to purchase my first tire and got what ever was on hand so i could get to work. Does anyone know the life I'll be getting out of the dunlop D616 rear tire. I guess these are stock tires for the ulysis. Thanks in advance. Next time i might try to get a Z6 Ive saw some good stuff on this website about them.

The rear lasts about 3k miles. The front longer.

My original dunlop rear just reached the wear marks at 7700 miles.
Does this mean I'm a sissy rider???

Ok, Ok..don't answer that.....

I wish I could get that kind of mileage on my rear tire. I changed mine at 6600km! The real pain was that I changed it on a Friday and went for a ride to scrub it in on Saturday and picked up a drywall screw. So my second rear tire only got a little over 400km on it. Am on my third now. When I have to change both, I'm going to try the 2007 OEM tires instead to see how they wear. Frankly I'd take a bit more tire life at the expense of some traction. I do ride the Uly often off pavement though.
