After blowing 9 fuses in a day and driving myself and riding partners crazy, by having to wait on me. I finally figured out where the short was. My bike would blow the IGN fuse anytime I turned full lock to the left. Under the flyscreen I found a red wire that had rubbed thru the insulation right at the horn mount. It is near a 4 wire connection block. Hope this helps.
