Just put a new slipon on my x1. As soon as I started it I got a check engine light. Everything still looks ok fluids and such Im wondering how to fix it and if its safe to ride the bike in the mean time. Any help would be very appreciated thanks in advance.

Do you have a service manual? You need to activate the blink codes and find out that the specific fault is. It's all in the manual.

bought the bike used. I still need a manuel. Mostly to figure out the poodle screw the previous owner made of the wiring harness and to get part numbers of the parts I need that were taken off and not put back on. Are there any sights where I can find an owners manuel for less than $60?
